When a customer clicks Buy Now to purchase their policy they may experience a technical error.
As soon as this happens an activity is created in bond and a ticket is sent immediately to [email protected]. These support tickets are treated as high priority.
The technical error could be due to the following reasons:
- Purchasing a policy with a boat that is outside of underwriting guidelines
- API connection issues (momentary outages)
- SGI Data Issues
- Miscellaneous system error (developer required)
- Employee email used as insured email
- Primary insured email used as additional insureds email
A Support team member will reach out to assist with resolving the issue. In the meantime, the policy purchase can be tried again.
