This could be due to the following reasons:
- Processing a cancellation on a policy that is already pending cancellation.
- Submitting a change on a policy that has a change pending already.
- Adding a boat that is outside of underwriting guidelines.
- API connection issues (momentary outages).
- SGI Data Issues.
- Miscellaneous system error (developer required).
After pressing submit the Support team will reach out in a timely manner.
