NEW: Revision to the Support Ticket Template
- As mentioned in our September Nude's Letter, we have listened to your feedback and we have revised the support ticket template in the support widget - Active Now!
What does this mean for you:
- Quicker diagnosis of support tickets.
- We capture the relevant details.
- Tickets closed in a timely manner.
This revision has reduced the number of fields, meaning that you spend less time submitting a ticket and means that we will capture the desired information for us to efficiently handle a response or fix. This will be relevant only to a ticket submitted through the support widget in the platform (or Change Request).
Find it:
- In the Support widget, when you are a logged in user in the platform.
Reminder:
- Details are the key to aiding in our support ticket investigations and being able to respond in a timely manner. (Please provide screenshots, information entered, steps taken, etc.).
