This Renewal Report provides you with the following data:

• Dataset showing in-force policies as at custom date.
• PIF Count.
• PIF Premium.
• Written Annual Premium.
• Slicer allows you to display policies that were in force as at a chosen date. 
• Property Risk Province and City available in this report, including slicer.
• Personal Property page shows Personal Property PIF (Property only).
•  This report does not include policy coverage information (deductible, limit, etc.)
• Track the renewal of policies where a referral/partner code was used on the New policy.

 

 

• Use the slicers to change the reporting criteria, by date, Carrier or Province etc 
• Use this report to view a list of your renewals, along with contact details.
• See slicer at the top of the report ‘Click to Exclude Non Renewals.
• As with all the reports, use the slicers to filter the results before exporting (see: How to export the report to Excel, at the bottom of this article).
• The Pages Tab shows there are four pages to the report. Tabs show at the bottom of the report, like this:

1. Policy in Force (PIF) Cut off date slicer 

 

There is a slicer on main page (shown in above screenshot) that modifies the table such that it shows only policies that were in force as at the chosen date.

Default is set to ‘Today’, but is customizable/searchable to any date of the user’s choosing. The purple visual on the side will update to remind the user of their chosen date.

 

2. Fulfillment Type slicer 

 

This slicer allows you to slice the type of renewals that you want to see, either Modern policy or Manual Product.  If you do not have Manual Product, only Modern will appear in this field. Modern policies are the policies in the platform that use the API connections and that you can quote bind and issue.

 

3. Property Risk Province and City  

 

You are now able to slice by the Property RISK Province and City.  Shown here: 

 

 

4. Non renewals 

You can choose the report to include or exclude Non-Renewals, using this icon shown below:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Selecting the other available report page – Personal Property PIF (shown in image above) – you can get policy details of those renewals, on an insurance policy level..  

This page will provide you with more results on those parameters/slicers chosen.

Student policies also show under Non-Renewal indicator (if you have that policy type).

 

 

 

• Hover the mouse anywhere over the table, that’s in the report.
• The below sub menu appears and you select the  …

• Menu opens, select Export Data.
• You will then get to choose which data that you want to export and the format that you can choose from.
• Save as a File Format of your preference, and Select Export.
