To assist brokers with prioritizing their workload, bond provides colour coded activities. These colour codes can also be used when adding manual activities to a clients file.

An open urgent activity will display at the top of the customers activities in their client profile.

When you are adding an activity the Alert Level field allows you to select this, shown here:

In this example, below, we can see some examples of some different colours used in showing the level if urgency for activities.
