New Activity Action options

• We have added two new actions, Force Close and Reopen to the activity action menus.
• Both are controlled by Permissions

 

To enable these, Brokers will need to go into Admin, Permissions, pick the permission groups (managers, everyone, DC, up to you), then expand bond permissions and check off to assign. 

 

 

Force Close/Override Close

 

• This feature can be found by clicking the action button (3 dots) creating a drop down with override close
• This allows Brokers to close activities, such as stuck open "held" payments.

 

 

Reopen

• This feature can be found by clicking the action button (3 dots) creating a drop down with reopen.
• This feature will show up on any closed activities allowing Brokers to reopen if activities were closed in error.

 

 

• Both actions leave a note stating the action and who initiated it (IE: ‘Activity Reopened by [email protected]’ and ‘activity closed by [email protected])

 

Please note, that due to this feature being released, support will no longer be closing activities for Brokerages.
