All call recording and voicemail integration is currently done over email. If you wish to have activities created in BOND for call recordings and voicemails the following requirements must be met:
- Ability to send call recordings and/or voicemails to an email address with the recording attached and the incoming/outgoing number somewhere in the body of the email
- You must provide Nude Solutions IMAP access to an inbox for call recordings and an inbox for voicemails (server name/username/password) and configure your VOIP platform to send the recordings to these addresses
The basic flow is this:
- The call is ended, or the voicemail is left and your VOIP provider emails the call to the above inboxes
- Every 7 minutes, the Nude platform will initiate an IMAP connection to this inbox and parse all unread emails
- The unread emails are downloaded and securely stored on our server
- An activity is automatically created with the recording attached under the Lead Management silo. If the phone number matches a customer phone number the activity will hyperlink to the customers file.
