Office Closure(s)

At Nude Solutions we really work hard to ensure that we are maintaining and building the very best platform that we can, but we also need time to rest, recuperate and power up again so we can keep that focus and achieve our goals! With that in mind, our leaders decided an extra day for this long weekend will be gifted - and we love that!

May Long Weekend

Nudes office will be closed on BOTH Friday May 19th and Monday May 22nd (Victoria Day).

July Long Weekend

Our team will be celebrating with an extra-long weekend and will be closed from June 30th – July 3rd.

Wishing you a beautiful weekend spent with family & friends! If you reside in Calgary & are looking for something family friendly to do, check out the link:https://www.familyfuncanada.com/calgary/canada-day/

Tips and Tricks

Why am I "locked-out" from quoting?

  • We get this question in support quite often and it is important to note, that we do not set the rules or ratings on these lockouts. There could be various factors such as home value, wildfire, flood, etc. For inquiries related to whether an Insurer writes in a particular area, please refer to that Insurer’s manual or reach out to them directly. If it is determined that it is an area that they do in fact write, that would indicate an issue with the system and can then be directed to us for investigating.

How can I change my client's payment date?

  • The Payments tab is located on the lower right of the customer profile screen, here it will allow you to select the policy term from the drop down. You can choose to change one payment or all. To change one payment, click on the date field for the payment and a calendar will pop out, choose your date, confirm and click ok.. To change all; you will have to click on the action button (3 dots) and select "change all dates", select your date and submit. You can follow a complete walk-through in the article provided here.

Please explain the"payee" types?

There are two payee types; individual and Business:

  • Individual – This means that we will pay a referral fee for each contact created on the partner and tied to a referral code. When this is selected your codes will be restricted to a single contact and that contact will be paid a referral fee to the bank information provided. So ‘referralcodea’ belongs to ‘John’ and Johns bank info is 1234 all policies with a code of 'referralcodea' are paid to bank account 1234.
  • Business – This means that the payment is sent to a single bank account for all codes, defined at the partner level. So, if a business has codes Code1, Code2, Code3 all belonging to different contacts (or the same contacts) and bank information of 9999 any policy with codes code1,2,3 sold will be paid out to bank account 9999 regardless of who the code is assigned to.

Do the Accounts Payable (AP) statements in black match with Quickbooks?

  • Yes. What is in in black should match in Quickbooks (QBO) if all integrations have been processed.

Our People

The date originated from the pun "May the Fourth be with you", a variant of the Star Wars catchphrase "May the Force be with you". Even though the holiday was not created or declared by Lucasfilm, many Star Wars fans have chosen to celebrate the holiday.

This was the theme for our recent Mission Control meeting with all our staff. As you can see, we had some amazing costumes and winners of our Star Wars Trivia and for best dressed.Subway was enjoyed by all and we were even able to watch Star Wars flicks throughout the day!  We certainly like to keep it fun at Nude Solutions 😄

We think we have some pretty amazing people here at Nude Solutions, whether it be working accomplishments, vast knowledge, volunteering or simply their ability to narrate the whole of Stars Wars!

Our talents are endless and we want to share these stories with you.

Please help us welcome our newest members to the Nude Solution's Team. We are GROWING!

  • Sham Khan - Product Owner
  • Syed Raushan - Product Specialist
  • Paru Kandangwa - Software Developer

We are very excited to have them all on board!
