Announcement time! Employee Commissions is now available.
How Employee Commission works
- Create Roles and assign them to your employees/platform users in the admin module.
- Create the Commission Agreements.
- Assign the Commission Agreements to your employee/platform user’s profile.
- Assign policy sales to an employee/platform user in thru (or quotes so the sale is recognized later, if purchased by the customer out of hours!).
- Reconcile the Employee Commissions in black.
How to opt into Employee Commissions

- You’ll receive a follow-up email to schedule your training session (how to set up the Commission Agreements, assigning them and how to ensure a sale goes to the right employee, along with the Employee Commission reconciliation process).
- We will release the feature into your system, (time of release will be confirmed once training is completed and dependent on the number of requests we are currently working on), and you are ready to go!
