NEW: Update to insights
From Friday 14th January, 2022 the following two enhancements will be available when viewing the suite of reports in insights.
The newest slicer and column addition is “fulfillment type”. This slicer will allow you to select between Manual or Modern product. Please note that if you do not have Manual Product, you will only see Modern in this field.
The slicer will appear in most reports, except for Quote Activity and Quote Analysis reports.

The option of ‘Reinstatement’, as a policy status, is available. Wherever there is a Policy Status slicer within a report, Reinstatement will be available as a slicer option.
