There is now a feature to enable you to select whether a code, used in podium, will apply at renewal.

When in the code (either during set up or go to an existing podium partner and edit) you can select the field for this.

Checked box = The default "Applies to Renewal" is set to "YES".

Unchecked box = If "Applies to Renewal" = "NO", on renewal, the code is not copied over to the renewal.

Please take the opportunity to review those codes and adjust accordingly.

Checking this tick box does NOT stop the notifications that are set up for that partner to receive.  If this section is filled in on the set up of the partner in podium, those will continue to be received, even if the discount is not applied at the renewal.
