Nude Solutions Updated Release

 

Anticipated release  – Week of August 2nd, 2021

This bulletin contains information regarding our next upcoming release. It includes useful information about changes that may affect your day to day processes. If you have any third-party partnerships, don’t forget to let them know of any changes that may affect them also!

 

We felt it important to identify key stakeholders in our enhancement bulletins and so have created a standardized list of departments to help you identify where these changes may impact your day to day.

Where there is a release that affects an article that is in the Support Centre, a note of the article that has been updated or added will be noted, for your convenience. 

 

What’s New and Improved?

Updates to admin

 

  • Permissions - There is a new permission available called Accept PFA. This permission is selected off for all users at present (no permission to perform it).  

 

Permission What does this allow?
Accept PFA (Premium Finance Agreement  Giving the permission in admin will allow the broker/user to Accept the PFA on behalf of the customer when changing a payment frequency from Yearly to Monthly.

 

 

Updates to bond

 

  • Payment frequency and method are separate actions.

 

 

 

  • Change payment frequency 

 

Actions Changes Conditions
When you are changing a payment frequency (example: yearly to monthly) You can now select a policy term (current or renewed) and change the payment frequency within certain conditions.

1. Yearly is the only choice selectable if a current term was chosen, it WAS paid on monthly payments AND 1 or more payments have been processed & paid. You can never switch from Yearly to Monthly, during a term, if 1 payment has already been processed(paid).                                                                                                                                                                 2. Monthly or Yearly is selectable if no payments have been processed yet.                 

3. Yearly is always available even when payments have been taken and there is an outstanding balance.

 

 

  • Changing payment frequency from yearly to monthly allows user to Email or View the Premium Finance Agreement (PFA).

  • Changing payment frequency from yearly to monthly and the Premium Finance Agreement (PFA) is accepted by the customer, activity is added and copy goes to customer.

  • Changing payment dates (all types including Valet and Internal Financing options)

1st payment can be changed max +7 days ahead/others max +15 days ahead. Changes are in article - 'How to change payment dates'.

 

  • Correction to retry payment and NSFs

When payments declined and NSF fees are added to the payment screen, NSF fees will appear separate if two are charged. (Bug meant they were added together).
